Energy and security advisor

Learn to help customers describe their need and understand a proposal, without overselling savings or security.

The programme is being set up. Intake dates and fees are not announced yet.

What you learn

  • Asking about bills, power cuts, the site, what cameras must see and the budget.
  • Explaining solar, battery backup and camera recording as separate things.
  • The difference between a rough estimate and a quote after a site survey.
  • Writing what is included, what is not, and the next step.
  • Pointing to official portals for subsidies, instead of quoting figures.

How you show you are ready

Keep a record of your practice work, then pass a practical check against the work standard. Practice tasks include:

  • Write a one-page brief for a home, a shop and a farm.
  • In a role-play, explain two suitable options and their limits, then sum up the customer’s choice correctly.

Never promise zero bills, no crime or fixed returns. Ask only for the information needed at each stage.

Saved only in this browser. This records self-study, not certification.
